  • US Shipping Only: We currently do not ship overseas.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $49 within the continental US (48 states).

  • Processing Times:

    • Most orders ship within one business day.
    • Wholesale orders may take 2-5 business days to process.

• • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US postal holidays.

  • Mail Carriers: Small orders ship USPS and UPS, including tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Wholesale Orders: Drop-ship via freight delivery utilizing multiple carriers.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is generated.

Shipping Policy: Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:

1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the following:

   • The outside of the box
   • The shipping label
   • Any visible damage to the contents inside
   • The packaging materials

2. Contact Us: Please contact us immediately with the photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier service.

3. Retain the Package: Please do not discard the package or its contents, as the carrier may require them for the claims process.
