Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

If there's a problem with your order, we will try to help. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at: 404-889-6849 or info@epoxy.us. Due to the postal classification of epoxy resin products (HAZMAT), all sales are final.

Undeliverable packages due to incorrect or insufficient delivery address information provided (by you) at the time of purchase do not qualify for a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and redirected mail or replacement fees.

Return Policy for Epoxy Resin

Epoxy resin is classified as a Hazardous Material, so return shipping is restricted. As a result, most purchases are not eligible for return.

If you believe your purchase is returnable, please contact us for instructions within 72 hours of delivery.

Condition for Returns:

  • Refused or returned orders may qualify for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee) if they are:
    • Received unopened, undamaged, and in "new" condition
    • Returned within 15 days of the purchase date

Important Notes:

  • No refund will be issued if returned items arrive damaged, opened, or with a broken seal.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing postal insurance for returned items, as it will be your responsibility to ensure their safe return.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:

Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the following:

  • The outside of the box
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage to the contents inside
  • The packaging materials

Contact Us: Please contact us immediately with the photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier service.

Retain the Package: Please do not discard the package or its contents, as the carrier may require them for the claims process.
